I cannot say enough good things about the team at CA Pacific Realty. Last year when my rental had water damage and major renovations were due, they managed it all for me, ensuring my tenants were taken care of. So much so that my insurance company rep. said she had never seen any property manager deal as professionally as the team at CA Pacific Realty. This year, as I am selling my house, the team has been exceptional with the help, the professionalism, the response times and advice. I am a little sad that I am selling my house such that my time with CA Pacific Realty may be coming to an end but I can't praise them enough. You'd be in very good hands with this team.

The web portal is easy to access and to navigate and all paperwork and task orders (maintenance or other requests) are managed very efficiently. I am also impressed by the professionalism of the team. Zahid and Atif have been promptly addressing all requests and consistently cooperating and resolving issues within a reasonable timeframe. In a couple of instances, contractors were on site within 3-4 hours since logging the initial request. I absolutely recommend California Pacific Realty as property managers.

I've been with CPR for almost two years and have been extremely happy. They are professional, courteous, and responsive. I found them when I had to (in a very short amount of time and under stress) rent my elderly mom's home as she was going in to assisted living. They recommended some upgrades but didn't suggest an outrageous amount of things to be done. Their in-house contractor came in and quickly got things taken care of. They held an open house, screened applicants and presented me with their top three candidates. Any issues (there have only been minor ones) they have taken care of. I would highly recommend CPR!
